All incoming messages to your account are stored in your inbox while messages sent from your account (outgoing messages) are stored in the “Sent” folder. Much like email, CommunityConnect allows you to archive messages from your inbox. Archiving a message helps tidy up your inbox without deleting the messages completely and instead storing them in a separate but easily accessible location. 


To archive messages from your inbox:

  1. Click the "messages" tab.

  2. Check the boxes to the left of the messages you'd like to archive.

  3. Click the "archive" icon.


Archived messages will appear in the "Archived" folder to the left of the message list. From this folder, you can unarchive messages (return them to the inbox) or delete them
