When a contact sends a message that starts with a keyword or contains only the keyword that you have set as a trigger to launch a flow, they will automatically start the flow associated with the trigger. For example, if a contact is active in Flow A and responds with a message that contains only the keyword trigger for Flow B, the contact will leave Flow A (regardless of whether or not they completed the flow) and begin Flow B. This is useful in situations where you want to allow your contacts to move between flows at will using keywords. However, if you want to keep your contacts in a flow until they have either completed the flow or expired from it, you can configure the flow to ignore keyword triggers.
To instruct a flow to ignore keyword triggers:
Navigate to the "flows" tab and click on the flow you'd like to modify.
Click on the setting icon in the top right corner of the flow editor, then click "Edit."
Click the box next to "Ignore keyword triggers while in this flow."
Click "Save Changes."
