Use this trigger to schedule a flow sometime in the future, or repeat it on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.


To trigger a flow in the future or on a schedule:

  1. Navigate to the "triggers" tab and click the "Create Trigger" box.

  2. Click the "Start a flow in the future or on a schedule" option.

  3. Choose the Flow you want to start, which Contacts you want to receive it, and the date and time you want the Flow to start.

  4. Optional: You can also choose to repeat the flow on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. The "Repeat" option allows you to send the flow on regularly scheduled intervals (i.e. a short survey after weekly appointments). We offer the following options:

    1. Never (default) -- the flow will be sent once at the day and time you specify.

    2. Daily -- the flow will send every day at the time you specify.

    3. Weekly -- the flow will be sent once a week at the time you specify and on the days you select.

    4. Monthly -- the flow will be sent once a month on the date and time you specify. 

  5. Click "Create Trigger" box. 



You can also navigate to this trigger by clicking the “Launch Flow” button in the flow editor and selecting “Start flow at a future date and time.”
