There is a limit of contacts that we can reach per second, so to avoid being blocked by carriers we created the Large Send Trigger, where you can split a large group of contacts into batches, avoiding that problem. This feature is also useful if you're asking contacts to take an action that would like to spread throughout the day. 


To do that, go to Triggers, and click on Create Large Send. A new pop-up window will appear where you can select the flow that will be started, how many batches you want, when it will start, the group that will be reached, and the interval between the batches.




Let's have a closer look at that window.



  1. Flow - The flow that will be started to contacts
  2. Chunks - How many groups(batches) will be created 
  3. Start Time for Send - When it will be started, choose here the date and time, don't forget the AM/PM option. 
  4. Groups - The group(s) that will be included in the launch 
  5. Batch Interval - The interval that the system will take between the sends
  6. Limit to business hours - Checking this box, the system will automatically limit the send between 9 AM to 5 PM. If your submission exceeds this time limit, we will resume the send on the next day, starting at 9 AM.
